Thanks, Ms. Julie. For being 1 of the coolest people in the academe. Well.. At least for me. I was not really sure that Grad school was right for me but when I got to know you, I realized that I could fit right in.
Thank you for being practical when it comes to teaching us. You didn't actually teach. I think you shared your experiences with us. You shared your life. And we learned through that. It's cool knowing you -career woman, successful in the academe (teaching, finished your MA and PhD), a cool Mom of two- and that all of these things can be done.
Thank you for being there for me to look up to.
